Codale Children's Charity Classic

At Codale, we believe in giving back to our community. One of the ways we do this is through the Codale Children’s Charity Classic, an annual golf tournament held in August which started in 1993 to raise funds for various children’s charities. Since 2007 we have raised over $150,000 annually with this tournament. With these proceeds, we have contributed to numerous charities and organizations, including The Children’s Justice Center, Prevent Child Abuse Utah, The Christmas Box House, Primary Children’s Hospital, The Children's Justice Center, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Utah, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Huntsman Cancer Institute, and many more.

The Codale Children’s Charity Classic has two goals: the first is for all of the participants to have fun! The second is, of course, to raise money for these important causes. The tournament consists of a foursome scramble for over 70 foursomes split over 2 courses. We sell all the "Putting String" and "Mulligans" that players want to purchase and end the day with an auction of donated items. Everyone has a great time, and we raise a lot of money—Codale Electric Supply underwrites the entire cost of the tournament so that every penny donated goes directly to charity.
